We called him to open our car, which had the key locked inside, we called him at 9 AM and informed him that we had urgency, he only came at 11:30 AM and said he had forgotten a tool, said he would be back, after noon I had to call another locksmith to come open the car. Terrible service, terrible punctuality, I do not recommend him even if he were the last locksmith in the country.

On December 12, I needed the professional. I called and gave the address, reference point, and he asked me to wait for him. I waited an hour and a half, he went and came back because he didn't find me, however during this time I called him three times asking if he was arriving and the answer was that he was on the way. On the fifth call, he informed that he went and came back, but he could have warned me or when I called he could have said it was far or declined the service. I waited an hour and a half and nothing was resolved.
